    Are you a survivor of emotional, physical, or sexual childhood abuse? An alcoholic or addicted parent? Sexual assault? Did other treatments reach a plateau? I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships.

  • EFT Couples Therapy

    Do you and your partner have communication issues? Conflict and disconnection? Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is my specialty and it is one of the most effective couple therapies. I specialize in working with couples impacted by trauma.

    Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a beautiful, incredibly powerful, and transformative evidence-based treatment that fosters connection to one’s own core essence for healing.

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP)

    Somatic psychotherapy addresses traumatic and emotional wounds held in the body for profound healing and a felt sense of well-being. SP is similar to Somatic Experiencing and the Hakomi method.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy

    Evidence-Based couple therapy to reduce relationship distress and build more secure bonds. EFT also helps with trauma, anxiety, and depression. It works with couples facing chronic illness in the family as well as a history of childhood abuse. Read More

  • Somatic Attachment-Focused EMDR

    Eye Movement Densitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective treatment backed by research. The somatic and attachment focus helps to process relationship difficulties and deep blocks to wellbeing for lasting change.

  • Mindful Self-Compassion

    Mindful Self-Compassion is a heart-centered meditative practice of bringing compassion to parts of self that need love and support.

  • Art Therapy

    For those who resonate with visual ways of knowing, I integrate art therapy with any of the other methods working well for you - from parts work to somatics and EFT. No art skills necessary.
